Mossy Head Industrial Park

The Mossy Head Industrial Park is located west of the City of DeFuniak Springs. The southern boundary of the property is situated with 1.3 miles of frontage along Interstate 10. The west side is bounded by the I-10 juncture with Hwy 285 at the 70 mile marker. Hwy 90 runs east/west along the north boundary as does the CSX mainline railroad.

Mossy Head offers superior logistical advantages with access north into Alabama to junction with I-85. Ideally situated on I-10 between the junctions of I-65 to the west and I-75 to the east, Mossy Head offers the best access options to distribution in Northwest Florida. Hwy 90 runs parallel to I-10 and enables a dual route east or west from the park to allow employees and shipping an alternative route in case of road closures or accidents. The access at Mossy Head is located within 30 miles of a barge port in Walton County and within a forty minute drive to commercial air transportation.
