Freeport Rural Enterprise Zone

In addition to Enterprise Zone incentives, the City of Freeport is the only municipality in Walton County that is part of the Rural Area Critical Economic Concern (RACEC), which enables fast-track permitting, more points for grant applications, and other special incentives.
