Between January 10 and February 19, 2002, the Walton County EDC hosted a series of public meetings to develop a county-wide strategic plan for economic development. Subsequently, an annual review of the plan was held during public meetings in January 2003, 2004 and 2005. All the meetings were facilitated by Dr. David Goetsch.
